Using a body cam we were able to establish that a shop worker was providing an excellent service to customers, our evidence resulted in his nomination for a reward by his employer.

Through our Neighbourhood Check service we were able to identify issues which may have posed problematic to our client who had only visited the property during the day time. We found that the residents of a neighbouring property enjoyed playing music loudly at 2am! We also identified other potential issues, such as the levels of traffic in the area, and gained other local knowledge by speaking with residents about the locality. Our client was very satisfied with our report.

We were delighted to be able to reunite an adoptive son with his birth family. During the investigation we established that the birth parents were regrettably no longer alive, however there were a number of siblings. Neither knew the other existed, and they were very excited at the prospect of meeting each other for the first time.

Our client sought a brother she had lost contact with. We were able to successfully locate him.

We successfully carried out an audit on a retail company in Norwich, assessing standards of cleanliness, presentation, stock presence, and other specific areas as requested by our client. We provided digital photographs of the interior and exterior of the premises, and compiled an objective report based on our findings.

Working for a solicitor, we conducted a visit to the location of a personal injury incident, took photographs of the area, and provided a detailed report.
